Any business in Alberta with 20 or more employees must have a functioning work site health and safety committee. This course contains 3 technical hours. This course may be eligible for 0.3 CEUs for the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP) – Continuing Professional Development Program (CPD Program) for the purpose of recertification in maintaining the BCRSP certification. This is a course requirement for AMHSA's: Municipal Health and Safety Committee Representative certification, Municipal Supervisor in Health and Safety certification, and Recognized Municipal Health and Safety Advisor certification.
