Occupational Health and Safety Regulations in Canada are aimed at ensuring workers are protected, risks are minimized, and a healthy and safe workplace is maintained. The type of program you need depends on the number of workers you have and the risks associated with your type of business/work processes. Development Process
Upon your approval to start the development of your custom safety program; a series of questions will be forward to you by email. These questions are simple in nature and allows us to collect the right data to enter into your program. For example we will ask for names/contact info of supervisors, names/contact info of your joint safety committee, your company logo, names/contact info of your first aid attendants, do you work at heights?, do you work in confined spaces? etc.

Completion of a draft copy of your custom safety program takes about 1 to 2 weeks from the date of the project approval. You will receive both PDF and MS Word format files of your program. From there; you have up to 30 days to let us know if any changes or edits are required to your program. We will make up to 2 major edits to your program within a 30 day period. All edits and changes are included with your invoice at no extra cost.

During your ContractorCheck, COR/SECOR, Isnetworld, Complyworks, RAVS and/or Avetta auditing process, if any changes to your program are required, we will make these for you quickly and promptly at no extra cost to you. Our objective is to ensure you pass your audit!

Payment Policy
Custom Programs: Payments for our custom safety programs will be invoiced to you. 70% of the total invoice must be paid at the start of the project. The remaining 30% of the total invoice is due within 15 days from the date of when the first draft is forwarded to you. Payments can be made by postal mail cheque or over the phone by credit card.
